I am wondering if it would be better to let University Lecturer's act as sole traders and shut down University Campus's entirely and have them as Centres of Excellence//Exam Offices and if it would be possible for students to have tailored education/personalised care as in the health sector. Just an idea that could reduce the budget. Tuition fees could remain the same.
