Rejected petition Remove the right to European Human Rights from convicted criminals

More details

The Government should seek to withdraw the right to European Human Rights for those convicted of crimes that have affected the Human Rights of their victims, Victims that have suffered murder, serious assault, rape, serious theft or fraud have had their Human Right infringed by the perpetrator. For them to then make claims for their own human rights is an afont to a thinking society. Making claims for prison conditions, voting and raising court actions at a cost to society. The time for those who choose to engage in criminal acts to consider Human Rights is before they commit their crime that has seriour an life long concequencies for the victim.
