The Treason Felony Act 1848 should not exist in this day and age and gives the monarchy power they should no longer have in a democratic society.
Through the act is rarely enforced it should be repealed since it has no use in this day and age and its language is undemocratic and hinders free speech.
We seek to have this outdated law fully repealed as it has no place in the 21st century.
