Petition Guidance lessons on how to raise and nurture children.

The government should provide a free guidance lesson for all new mothers/fathers with suggestions on how to raise and nurture their children.
It has always been said that raising a child is only natural and that becoming a parent will be a second nature soon enough.
But with the rising accounts of child abuse and neglect it has become apparent that is a false statement and with the help of professional assistance, the abuse can be avoided before it even begins.
The lesson should include advice on keeping schedules and stability in a child's life, how to encourage and nurture a child, how to correctly discipline a child and how to cope with the changes a child brings.
For all parents under 16 this should be mandatory.
