With effect from 1st April 2013 all publicly owned bodies (e.g. the BBC) should be compelled to insist that all the individuals, suppliers and organisations they propose to use/employ/do business with in future in the UK sign a declaration stating that neither they nor their accountants indulge in what may be reasonably regarded as tax avoidance.
