Petition Turn Tipner Rubbish Dump Into Community Allotments

Our petition is to change the rubbish dump at Tipner, in Portsmouth, into community allotments where, free of charge, people can plant fruit and vegetables and also take those planted by others. These allotments can be used by everyone bringing a sense of community whilst also getting rid of the ugliest sight in Portsmouth.
