I want to emigrate. I am highly skilled and a published expert in my field, but I do not appear on any skills list which is in demand in another country. I have friends in my target country with similar skills to mine who want to come here. they are not shown as being in demand for immigration here either. Is it not possible to create a visa class which allows people to "swap places" with a net zero on migration stats?
