Petition More Needle Exchanges
More details
We need more needle exchanges to stop the spread of disease and promote safe injecting techniques as well as counselling and treatment. This roll out may not need to be nationwide but it dose need to be done where there is a lack of care like in Exeter City where the only exchange closed years ago.
