Prior to any reform of Parliament, be it either House we the citizens of this United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland demand and require that we as it's people have as a minimum the right to an Act of Separation of Powers formally setting into Law the rights of each House prior to any reform of the House of Lords and such Act be subject to a referendum by the people
