Parents are sick of disgusting people who put their children at a high risk of coming to harm. Children have the right not to be wrapped in cotton wool, and to a safe happy child hood. Normal people have the right not to live around such discraceful people. Some 14 yr old abused a young girl and the judge let him free! Society is out of control and its down to perverse people like that. Sign this petition and let's get something done. America has the right idea.
