Local Council Officials, should not receive a wage for being on committees, they should in fact receive justifiable expenses only, this issue would save tax payers millions of pounds per year for ever. This would bring forward people interested in their community and not what is in it for themselves. Ask what can I do for my Country not what can my country do for me.
