We the undersigned ask that a 3rd road off Canvey Island be created ASAP. We have put up with years of traffic chaos and bottlenecks for years. We feel that in a disaster like Buncefield evacuation of the Island would be almost impossible! Please help the people of Canvey Island who have suffered enough!
