BBC News article today confirms what we already know - the UK population is getting fatter and many people do not do enough exercise. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-politics-18876880 has information on a great scheme set up by Government in Bogota where the streets of the City are closed to traffic on Sundays. This would be a great idea in the UK - it would promote exercise and reduce pollution too! Please support my petition to get this discussed at Government level! thanks.
