Flouride is a natural element that is present in all water worldwide. These are trace amounts and are beneficial to us. The Flouride that is added to public water supplies has been proven however to be toxic to us. The amounts are simply to much, simply because it need not be added.
Natural amounts are fine, added is not acceptable.
