Citizens of England should withhold their Council Tax for 2013 until this Coalition Government sorts out the Banks,Energy Suppliers and Fuel Costs which are crucifying the tax payers of our country. The Coalition must promise immediate action to stop the obscene profits made by the above, ripping off hard working citizens. We are not all in it together the rich are exploiting the artisans to the maximum of our patience.
