Unemployed people should do government backed work schemes where they contribute for all the tax payers money they are given.This could range from helping old age people with cleaning or shopping to helping at hospitals where staffing is needed.Everyone is capable of doing something let's get them motivated into doing it.Overseas or illegal migrants should not be also have tax brackets to what they are illegable too you just can't afford to keep giving to people who don't give back we all want and live in a country which we feel safe in & by doing such things can help improve relations in society along with the state of the country
