we the undersigned think that those under the age of 25 should be fully exempt from liability of council tax.
This is a very expensive part of the household outgoing and at a time when under 25's are bearing the brunt of the cuts and having thier income squeezed to that below the poverty line They should not be burdened with this kind of expense.

In short under 25's should not be paying for council tax
