This penalises those students fighting on the C/D borderline in particular who entered in June, who are pushing to improve themselves, and trying to get into colleges across the country.\r\n\r\nIt cannot be right that a child's future is determined not on their performance, but on when they sat their exam.\r\n\r\nWe need fairness, or what is the point in exams as a performance indicator at all?  We need equality between January and June entrants as a matter of urgency.","committee_note":null,"state":"rejected","signature_count":1,"created_at":"2012-08-30T09:41:16.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:28:23.144Z","rejected_at":"2017-06-21T12:39:16.492Z","opened_at":null,"closed_at":null,"moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2012-08-30T09:41:16.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":{"code":"irrelevant","details":null},"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}}}
