Petition Stop the decommissioning of are armed forces

Stop the government from weakening are armed forces by laying off our service personnel and decommissioning our navel fleet, our artillery and our aircraft. The Job of the MOD as stated by the government website is to “deliver security for the people of the United Kingdom and the Overseas Territories by defending them”. How is this possible when the government is cutting back on the budget that is responsible for upholding this? We the citizens of “Britain” demand the immediate termination for the, decommission of our Armed Forces and request that the budget for the MOD to be reconsidered for more funding for both our personnel and there equipment.
