Stop FREE treatment for non UK citizens and consider changing the regulations on NHS treatment for UK citizens living either in or out of UK who have PAID into the system for many years and that people moving to the UK from other countries either EU or outside have to pay for treatment via their own Governments like similar EU countries require from UK citizens.
