Your Rights UK, want to petition for a change in legislation which will improve the British justice system, making it safer and fairer for all.

Legislation should be put in place which prevents prosecution services making any statements to a judge or jury, which they cannot support with physical evidence.

Defamation of character is illegal in the UK and punishable by law. It's time this common practice of storytelling is removed from the justice system for good. Prosecutor’s should not rely on their creative storytelling abilities to destroy a defendants character, but simply stick to the facts.
