Petition Special Constables should be given a pension.

More details

Special Constaboles should be given a pension, those serving and those not now serving should have it back dated. A Special has more powers than a PSO and they get paid for it.
If a PSO needs to make an arrest a Special Constable can do this but he gets no pay except expenses which is a cup of tea and a sandwich.
