Rejected petition Murder of Peace Officer deservs Death Penalty

Murder of a person charged with Protecting the Public; ie soldier, police, and any person with that obligation in their Employment Contract should receive the Death Penalty. Hence a Door man or shop security guard when ACTING IN THE COURSE OF THEIR EMPLOYMENT and covered by their Employment Contract to Protect the Public will be caught by this provision. The Government should legislate for this to be so enacted.
