I believe that there has been sufficient research undertaken, checked and verified.

I also believe that experts in the field of rural affairs will have had their opinions and recommendation sought and incorporated where relevant.

I do not believe in this country that there will be a complete lack of control over the process and procedure.

I would request that the government stand by the results of the experts and the studies already undertaken.
