The European Arrest Warrant is critical to enabling British Police track down and extradite fugatives from UK justice in the rest of the EU.
WE THEREFORE call on the UK government to confirm its continued support and adherence to these arrangements.
ACPO’s views on this are that they are fundamental to providing the quality and efficient police service to ensure that British police have our full support in tackling cross border crimes such as this serious abduction, people trafficking, terrorism and drug suppliers.
