We, the undersigned, request that the Government discusses the implementation of a standard 12 month jail term for unethical employees investigating non-criminal activities. By definition this includes employees who authorise, as well as those actually conducting investigations. Methods of investigation include phone hacking, entrapment by deception & review of lost or stolen material. Non-criminal activities include those not recognised by or punishable in a Court of Law.
