Military personnel risk their lives everyday; which i am extremely grateful for, the military engagement laws state that soldiers cannot fire at the enemy until they have been fired upon. This means if a insergent is aiming a weapon at a soldier he/she cannot retaliate until he/she has been fired upon. Many more brave lives will be lost unless these rules are changed.
