motorcyclist that have lust passed their test should be resticted to a 400cc motorcycle untill they are 25, this will not stop motorcycle related deaths but will reduce the amount of fledgling bikers who race around on 600cc+ sports bikes killing themselves and injuring or killing innocent bystanders.
