Stop utility companies raising the price of their energy just before winter.
Every year the utility companies raise the price of their energy just before winter saying that the price they pay goes up, then just after winter they drop it but not by the same percentage amount, then a few months later they post HUGE profits.
I feel this is unfair to the end user, ie the public and therefor ought to be looked into.
