Petition Discounted Bus travel for Over 60`s anytime

I suggest the government ends free travel ? for over 60`s and disabled .That bus operators are allowed to introduce a single or return fare for those over 60`s within the domain.
That those over 60 should be encouraged to pay a fare . At a third off.
With the growth of bus operators facing closure due to unable to operate on moneys they get from County Councils or PTA`s or Metropolitan areas, thus ceasing to operate as a business which ends with bus route losses and also school and college contracts due to shortfalls in money they get.
