just lately in 2012 a lot of freelance photographers have been stopped for taking photographs in public places all around the uk. with this petition i would like to see a photographers card brought out for photographers stating there name address age photo and so on so if we are stopped by the police we have prof of what we are doing and who we are this pass should be one for the public not the press and have no 'back stage access' privileges it would save time and money in the policing sector all over the uk.

all we ask if for a card that says who we are and that says were photographers that like to take photos and we want to enjoy taking photos without fear off arrest under section 44
