Why should we have to pay a tv licence to fund perverts and rapists in the BBC ?
Over a phone hacking scandal a newspaper was forced to close because of its actions, either close the BBC for covering up rapes and abuse for over 40 years or refund us our tv licence money paid to fund these depraved perverts, especially the ones that can no longer be prosecuted.
BAN the forced payment of the tv-licence to fund the BBC perverts....
