The FA have repeatedly failed to appoint a successful England Manager. I propose that it is time to let supporters to elect the next manager by voting. Ballot papers would be issued to Fans that attended matches. They could choose from a list of suitably qualified candidates that put themselves forward with an appropriate number of nominations.FA committee members have no particular skills to make the appointment, nor have they shown any.
