A Comissioner to act for the benifit of the electorate, to ensure a very high standard of conduct whilst they are elected to Parliment. They must have the power to sack MP's as becomes neccesary with out waiting for the next election. Offences such as neglecting their duties to the Constituances. or wilful abuse of the benitfits their position has.
