Rejected petition we need a fair justice system in this country

How would you feel if you observed a member of the public being mugged who then appealed to a policeman who happened to be patrolling in that area but literally Turned his Back upon the victim of crime?
and what if a democratically elected member of Parliament Broke the Law in some way but instead of being Judged and punished accordingly, He/She actually makes A Frankly Laughable excuse Which is Then Accepted and That Person is allowed to rejoin the Government?
wouldn't both cases reflect a unjust and corrupted Justice System?
and yet that is the reality in this country that the justice system is unjust and needs to be changed so that proper Justice is seen to be done no matter who the person Is.
I expect the government To create a Fair Justice System and abolish what at present appears to be a two tier Justice system where politicians can do wrong and get away with it and members of the public are continually treated unjustly by the law.
