More women need to be in top jobs, in traditionally male environments. If there was a fair mix of male and female in the BBC, Government, and other top (male) roles. Women would NOT allow pedophiles
to go un checked. STOP MEN KEEPING WOMEN OUT. The only reason they do it is because they know WOMEN wouldnt allow it!
