Our desire for the House to seriously consider scrapping the 2003 Sex Offender Act. The 2003 Act prevents healthy reintegration of Ex Offenders, damages Family and healthy community ties. It is against the Human Rights of the UK Citizen and not a deterrent but a detriment.
