Recognizing help is long gone.\r\nI call upon the Ministry of Health to create guidelines:\r\n\r\n-For scrubs to be kept in  a sterile theatre rather in open contact with germs and super bugs like MRSA.\r\n\r\n-Strict rules keeping scrubs from leaving hospital ground and in contact with greater public.\r\n\r\n-Nurses to have clearly identifiable outfits showing rank.They should be proud of their profession and not hide themselves in scrubs.\r\n\r\n-Doctors to wear white coats to show clearly the experienced professorial.\r\n\r\n-Porters to wear brown warehouse coats,this lets nurses and doctors find orderlies quickly for fast ward movement.\r\n\r\n-Cleaners and Caterers be issued with tabards and shirt to replace scrubs.This prevents confusion for patients.","committee_note":null,"state":"closed","signature_count":4,"created_at":"2012-12-26T18:20:51.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:28:44.617Z","rejected_at":null,"opened_at":"2012-12-27T11:06:57.000Z","closed_at":"2013-12-27T11:06:57.000Z","moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2012-12-26T18:20:51.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":null,"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[],"signatures_by_country":[],"signatures_by_constituency":[],"signatures_by_region":[],"other_parliamentary_business":[]}}}
