Former rugby player who recently had a career ending injury which led to his contract being terminated. This means his visa has expired and he will be deported, despite him having lived in the UK for 8 years, two years short of gaining UK Citizenship through residency. He has represented his country (England), yet he will no longer be allowed to live here. Unless he is granted UK Citizenship he will have to move to South Africa with his wife and 18 month old son who was born here in the UK
