Elected MPs are EMPLOYEES and as such are liable to the same rates of income tax as all other employees and he should now be paying any back taxes owed on his expenditure of GBP80,000.00p taxpayer pounds per year on using a taxpayer funded car and driver to get to and from work. Activity which employees are not legally allowed to lay against their annual tax bill.
