Stock Exchanges to temporarily close, when as now the markets are daily dropping many percentages. Trigger a shutdown should the stock exchange lose by a specified amount in 36 hours, e.g. 6%.
In this period, or directly after, the public are to be allowed to close their "share ISA's" before the markets drop further.
