some landlords dont care what theyre new tenants have done in previous houses so dont check them out, make landlords fill in and sign a form saying what checks they have done and that they are suitable tenants, if it turns out that they are trouble and the landlord has lied on the form then seal his house up for a few months hit him in his pocket and that will teach him.if he does the same thing again seal it up for longer
