When someone has been for an Atos assessment and their benefit has been stopped, money should not be taken off the benefit until the appeal has been dealt with. Also, if an appeal is upheld and the money paid back to the claimant, they should receive interest as well. The government is receiving interest on all the money that they have stopped.
