Rejected petition in/out referendum

Today [23/01/2013] Prime Minster David Cameron has pledged to "...give the British people a referendum with a very simple in-or-out choice to stay in the EU…It will be an in/out referendum." To many people this binary choice is oversimplified. So, alongside the options of 'in' or 'out', signatories of this petition would also like to see the option of 'shake it all about' to appear on any referendum on Britain's membership of the EU.
