We believe that education in the state sector is failing to produce citizens ready for the world of work or the challenges they will face in life
This is partly due to a break down of discipline
We propose that in exceptional cases of poor behaviour the school has the option of the cane or other form of corporal punishment rather than suspension or expulsion.
