Petition Profits from hospital car park charges should be given back to the hospital

As quite a lot of hospital car parks charge excessive prices for parking and the operators make enormous profits, these profits should be given back to the hospitals.
Better still, stop car park charges at ALL hospitals. People who are visiting sick relatives and friends in hospital have enough problems with out the added cost of paying to park.
