Rejected petition A statue for King Richard 3rd in Leicester
More details
To erect a statue for King Richard 3rd in Leicester. With a visitors exhibition centre and statue this would be a great tourism attraction for Leicester and a real historic treasure for the United Kingdom. The world loves English History and what a gem to give to them.
Just as Notingham has exploited the legend of Robin Hood, Leicester can advertise the find of King Richard 3rd and share in the glory of a real sovereign.
