Rejected petition justice for horses help fight against animal cruelty

Please sign to help prevent these people owning or loaning horses they badly neglect and mistreat them loan other peoples horse and try to sell them (one being mine) and have a history of horse neglect. 3 horses have been taken from them in the last couple weeks due to being underweight, riddled with worms and one having liver decease, and they are kicked out of several yards for there treatment of horses and not paying rent and stealing.
the names of these women are debbie allen also known as debbie ryan, her sister kirsty allen also known as kirsty robinson and there mother kathleen allen.
