Petition C.R.B checks should only be for sex offenders/ people working with vunerable adults/ children.

I can understand that C.r.b's are necessary for certain jobs,thats fair enough.
But a person who has grown up from a poor background/ children in care who have not had the right encouragement ( the means to achieve in later life) being debarred from making a success in their life.
Being kept in jobs which don't pay enough creating poverty for their children. Is this right that the next generation is forced to suffer as a result?

*I propose making the C.R.B checks for non sexual and similar offences remain 5 years on any records anywhere ( just for police and other agencies)

* Any offences commited before 21 yrs unless of a sexual or attack on vunerable persons should not be shown.

Some people can be sucked in the wrong crowd, Children living in poor conditions contributing to acting out in a criminal way.
