Petition Reduce the use of target grades in education.

Target grades add unnecessary pressure and often diminishes a students motivation toward learning, as achieving below their predicted grade is seen as a failure. Rather than telling students what they should achieve, schools should be aiming to help pupils achieve their own personal goals and perform to the best of their ability. The student should be given the independence to set themselves targets with the help and guidance of a teacher, instead of being pressured toward a calculated goal which they may be an incorrect assumptions of their ability.
